There can be little doubt that getting a mortgage loan is a complex process. You wouldn't be researching mortgage loans if it were possible to get a mortgage loan in one day with a simple application. We do the heavy lifting for you, so you can concentrate on what's important — preparing to move into your new home or saving money.

Getting a home loan involves four major steps.

Step one: determine how much you can borrow

A couple of factors determine this amount. What kind of monthly payment are you looking for? What is the maximum you can borrow from a lender, given your income and credit history? You can get a good idea of your preferred payment amount using the calculators on our website. We'll also help you through different scenarios by asking a few simple questions. Because lender guidelines are fairly standard, we can give you a good idea of how much you can borrow after a short conversation.

Step two: pre-qualify for your loan

This step is where Bliss Mortgage LLC can begin to save you money. You will supply info on your current job, your assets, and residence history. You'll supply your employment, asset, and residence history information. We pull your credit score and report. After we've reviewed the provided information, we'll give you a pre-qualification letter. Your REALTOR® should use the pre-qual (as they may call it) in order to make the best offer on the home you choose. While you're shopping for your new house with your real estate agent, we find the best program for you.

Step three: apply for your loan

Once you have made the offer and the sellers have accepted, you should apply for the loan. Applying for a loan couldn't be much easier; you can apply right here on our site. After the seller has accepted your offer and you have applied for your loan, we will order a professional appraisal on the home.

Step four: funding

Your REALTOR® and the seller's will coordinate to designate an escrow/title company to handle the funding of your loan once it has been approved. We'll work with this company to make sure the papers your lender needs are available, and you will probably}likely sign everything at their officeWe work with with this company to set your date to close. Because you don't need to worry about these details, you can think about moving, painting, new carpet, and all the details of getting your new home.
